New customers/ new accounts: All new system customers pay a non-refundable connection
fee of $50. All new customers also pay a $50 deposit. The deposit is refunded to the account balance
after 24 months where there have been no more than 2 late payments, or when service is discontinued.
For customers with good payment history, to establish an additional account, or transfer an account,
the fee is $25.
Reconnection due to non-payment: A non-payment fee of $25 will be automatically charged
if past due balance is not paid by 5:00 pm on the date indicated on the bill. Non-payment fee covers
reconnection during normal business hours. An additional $25 fee will be charged on weekends, holidays
and after normal business hours. A $50 deposit may also be required in addition to the $25 non-payment
fee to re-establish service.
